Wall cleaning/preservation
Whether a building makes an attractive or neglected impression is first determined by the appearance of the outside wall. Weather and environmental factors make regular maintenance a necessity. Walls can be cleaned using high-pressure jets, steam cleaning or blasting. At De Werkers Groep, we use the Torbo Soft Blast system, which uses minimal water levels and creates little dust. Damage to the cleaned background is also minimised. Cheap, eco-friendly coating systems that are easy to apply also enable Graffiti to be efficiently removed. Once a wall has been cleaned and repaired we often recommend protecting it with an impregnating agent. This makes the wall water-repellent, which protects it for around ten years.
